We were invited to stay in Deer Track Lodge by Love Light Romania, who run a hospice for children with HIV/Aids in Medias near Sibiu. I hope to be able to update this page with news and photos from our trip.
Hi I know this is years after you posted the pix etc of your trip to Igishu so you might not evne see this but I'm pretty sure I helped build the Sanctuary with a bunch of lads from Builth Wells in mid Wales. We went over about 12 years ago and help extend and convert an old house into an orphanage for youngsters with AIDS. My memorys not great these days but the pix and details you've posted seem very familiar as do the names Lovelight and Jo and Ron. If youre in touch tell them Steve from the BBC - i filmed the project while i worked on it- says hi and I hope theyre still doing their fantastic work!! We were known as the Builth Balkan Crew!
